This 30 DAY program is designed for all shapes and sizes, ready to for a proven program that will make you feel great and look awesome. Over the next 4-weeks we will be jumping rope, plyometrics, calisthenics, circuit training, and ab work. Larger focus on boxing/kickboxing technique and drills. Some classes offer light sparring with trainer and mits. Classes vary
Must purchase own boxing gloves, jump rope, and hand wraps. You will receive:
