About Gretta

Greta headshotGretta C. Corig, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

I received my degree in Dietetics from San Francisco State University in 2009, and my Graduate Certificate in 2013. Since then, I've been working in skilled nursing and rehabilitation.

Working in skilled nursing for the last three years has shown me how extremely important it is to adopt a healthy lifestyle in order to prevent chronic diseases and improve overall quality of life. I've seen patients with chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and obesity who rely on medications to prolong their life. Witnessing this firsthand has motivated me to change the course of my career and work toward helping people prevent these diseases and live a life free of disease and medications. I'm excited to join the team here at Rise and Grind Fitness, and look forward to working with clients to help move them away from "dieting" and "quick fixes" to making long-term changes for a healthier lifestyle and improved quality of life.
